Mindfulness expert and musician Niall Breslin's 'Where is My Mind' podcast has just been renewed for a second season, after its first sat firmly atop the charts for the entirety of its first season.

Building on the first season of the podcast – which was nominated for a Creativity Award at the British Podcast Awards – the second season of 'Where is My Mind' will focus on the impact of COVID-19 and how to live a fuller, richer life using tools we already have in front of us.

Breslin will talk to a different guest every episode, including Ryan Tubridy, Marian Keyes, and Roisin Conaty.

In a press release, Breslin  said: "I’m delighted to partner with Spotify for season 2 of Where is My Mind. Spotify has given me the opportunity and a global platform to release a really exciting, boundary-pushing podcast that tests the limits of the genre.

“We operate in a culture that rewards only doing, pushing harder, working more, training more, and being more. There’s no room for simply being. We are all chasing some moment of enlightenment, that thing that will finally make sense of the world, that will finally make us happy. When so often, happiness is right under our noses.
