LISTEN: New Strokes album

That's the opinion of our own Paul Nolan in his review of the New York outfit's fifth album.

You don't have to take his word for it any longer, however – Comedown Machine is currently streaming in full over at Pitchfork.

At the moment the band are keeping schtum on whether or not they'll be touring at all, let alone coming to Ireland. Judging by the quality of the new material, you'd imagine they'd be itching to give these songs a live blast. Watch this space...
