Lemoncello release live recording video of 'Breathless' cover

Alternative folk duo Lemoncello have unveiled a live recording video of their cover of The Corr's 'Breathless'.

Originally released as a single on March 28, the video shows Lemoncello's Claire Kinsella and Laura Quirke performing the track in The Tin Church, Laragh alongside Peter Broderick and Gareth Quinn Redmond.

"We had a lot of fun making this version of The Corrs' 'Breathless'," Lemoncello said. "A song that holds childhood memories for us, it has that kind of instant emotive pull that just hits every time."

"There's a great presence and urgency in the lyrics, and we wanted to hold that in the centre of the music," they added.

The track was featured on an advertisement for Tourism Ireland's St. Patrick's Day campaign, drawing widespread attention to Lemoncello's novel take on the classic song.
