Kingfishr announce extra Limerick date for next summer
It comes in addition to previously announced stops in Belfast, Dublin and Limerick.
Kingfishr have announced an extra gig in Limerick’s Thomond Park to their run of 2027 summer Irish shows.
Additionally to their previously announced concert on July 10, the trio will also be performing in Treaty City on July 9. Other dates include Belfast’s Belsonic on June 11 and Marlay Park, Dublin on June 19.
“Before we started the band,” says frontman Eddie Keogh, “we had been to many of the venues we played last week to see our favourite artists play: Mumford & Sons, Paolo Nutini, The Killers being the ones that spring to mind.

“Being on those stages was nothing short of an out of body experience,” he continued. “The support we felt every night was some we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We want to do it again, but bigger. So that’s what we’re doing.”
The announcement follows Kingfishr’s recent headline show in Dublin’s St Anne Park, with Hot Press calling their sound “deeply rooted in Irish history with the modern production and catchy, pop melodies that feel modern and fresh but create feelings of deep nostalgia.”
Tickets for Kingfishr’s gigs in Limerick, Belfast and Dublin go on sale tomorrow, June 26 at 10am here.
