James Vincent McMorrow makes US late night TV debut
Last night the Irish singer-songwriter made his US late night TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, performing the hit ‘Get Low’ from his latest LP We Move.
The show complete his successful 2016 run. He started off his tour at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, where he had his largest headlining show in the city to date! The gig was followed by more sold out stops in Boston, DC and New York’s Webster Hall. Grimy Goods reviewed his LA show calling him the “perfect musician.”
“Gorgeous…an elegant, hip hop-indebted record with a folk nucleus,” as described by Pitchfork, his recent album We Move, which was produced by Two Inch Punch, Frank Dukes and Nineteen85 scored praise everywhere.
McMorrow also released We Move: Early Recordings and Alternate Versions, on which his fans can listen to early demos and recordings of the album’s first ten tracks.
After a well deserved break, the singer will return to stage and play two shows in Ireland:
Thursday January 26th - Opera House, Cork
Saturday January 28th - Ulster Hall, Belfast
