International Day Of Music concert announced
There will be a special free concert on Tuesday June 21, at the Café En Seine on Dublin’s Dawson Street, to mark The International Day Of Music.
The evening will kick off at 8pm, with food and drink. There will be a host of up-and-coming Irish acts playing at the event, which aims to give a snapshot of the contemporary national music scene.
Highlights will include an acoustic performance from Turn’s Ollie Cole, and a set from young hopefuls The Immediate, who have been labelled the Irish Franz Ferdinand.
CPU are hosting the evening, in association with IMRO, Ambassade de France and FMC. It is part of the International Day Of Music, a global event spanning over one hundred countries.
Other acts at the concert include Stazi, Declan O’Rourke (pictured above), Jesse & Layla, Obsolete, Amanda Williams, Andalusia and Vamps With Vinyl.
