Indie-pop artist Patricia Lalor releases new EP, debuts video for 'Same Place Again'
Patricia Lalor's latest track, ‘Felt Something Finally’, has been highlighted in Spotify’s New Music Friday today.
15-year-old Wexford indie-pop artist Patricia Lalor has released her brand new EP, This Is How We Connect, While You Stand So Tall.
To mark the occasion, the chilled out singer-songwriter has revealed the visuals for the mesmeric indie anthem 'Same Place Again'.
The visuals have split screens, black-and-white with sepia tones and feature the artist wandering around local car parks at night, with roads a prominent theme.
This Is How We Connect, While You Stand So Tall is an eclectic and gripping collection of lo-fi alt-pop gems, including the previous singles ‘This Man Thought He Saved Me’ and ‘To Cope’.
Her lates project is the third original EP from Lalor, following the critically-acclaimed Do It Again and Sleep Talk.
Tipped as the next Billie Eilish and drawing comparisons to the likes of Warpaint, beabadoobee and Clairo; Lalor has a bright future ahead of her.
Patricia originally rose to prominence for her beautiful covers after uploading them to YouTube at the age of 11.
Since then, she has accumulated 164,000 subscribers to her channel and earned the praise of Hozier himself for her 'Cherry Wine' rendition.
This Is How We Connect, While You Stand So Tall showcases Patricia’s consistency for evocative vocals, sharp lyrics and songwriting talents far ahead of her years. Stream the new EP on Spotify here.
