Hozier Teases New Song
Wicklow singer-songwriter, Hozier, will share new music this week.
Hozier fans need not wait any longer. In a tweet posted yesterday, the County Wicklow native announced the imminent release of new music.
“Looking forward to sharing some new music this week…” He tweeted, accompanied by a 44-second clip of him playing a portion of a new track — the sort of soft, acoustic song that’s reminiscent of his foremost album.

The Irish singer-songwriter, who graced the cover of September’s issue, has made recent headlines between a new album in the works and his sold-out tour in the UK and Ireland last month.
His most recent EP, Nina Cried Power, has been met with high acclaim since its release last September. The four-song, politically charged record received extensive praise from critics and fans, including former US President Barack Obama, who listed the title track (Nina Cried Power ft. Mavis Staples) as one of his favourite songs of 2018.
The EP sets a precedent for his new album, which is expected to be released in March.
Hozier will play at Irish Independent Park on June 25 in Cork and has been confirmed for the Belsonic Festival lineup on June 27 in Belfast.
