horsegiirL releases new single ‘only the best’

DJ, singer-songwriter and producer horsegiirL has released her new single, ‘only the best’ via horsegiirL/RCA Records.

Described as a radiant pulse-led club anthem, ‘only the best’ explores themes such as desire, devotion, and "what it really means to give someone the best".

"‘only the best’ is the story of someone who has everything the material world has to offer, and yet finds themself alone and desperate for love," said horsegiirL.

"A reflection on what it really means to be rich. My dear friend and brilliant collaborator Casey MG improvised the instrumental flute part hook, and we got so totally euphoric in the studio."

According to a statement, her single, which was released on the first day of the Year of the Horse, serves as "the ceremonial opening" of ONeEARTH.

ONeEARTH is horsegiirL's "new conceptual world and radical centre for transcendental belonging."

Claiming that she was born Stella Stallion and raised in Sunshine Farms, the German dance/electronic artist hides her true identity behind a horse head mask.

Her song ‘My Barn My Rules’ became popular on TikTok, being used in over 130k posts.

horsegiirL will be performing at Forbidden Fruit, at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin, on May 30 and 31, this year.
