Happyalone. release new single 'Private Sedative' with dreamy B-Side 'Silk.'
Happyalone's debut single 'Colours' was named "single of the year" by Dan Hegarty on RTÉ 2fm. Now, the lads are back with two exciting new tracks.
Cork electronic outfit Happyalone. have returned with a brand new single and a floaty B-side. The trio – who have been compared to Massive Attack and Mura Masa – have merged rock sensibilities with electronic production on both 'Private Sedative' and 'Silk.'
“‘Private Sedative’ refers to one's ability to decipher and prevail against life's struggles," the band note of the explosive lead single. "Whether it’s the natural release of opiates to numb pain or the select ability to disassociate. The solution to life's greatest problems can be fixed with the power of mind.”
'Silk.' showcases the band's astonishing versatility, and proves they've earned their reputation within the Irish music scene.
