Gorillaz set to release new album
The band debuted a new collaboration with rapper Snoop Dogg, titled 'Hollywood', at Lollapalooza in Chile.
There might be more Gorillaz music on the way before their headliner at Malahide Castle this summer.
NME reports that at a recent concert in Chile, front man Damon Albarn told the crowd “If you go and tell anyone that we’re putting a new album out very soon, then I’ll deny it because I didn’t say that, alright?”
The band then proceeded to debut 'Hollywood', a new track which features Snoop Dogg (not present at the gig).
This isn't the first time the the virtual alt-hop band have collaborated with Snoop. The rapper featured on Gorillaz's 2010 album Plastic Beach. Check out the footage from the concert below.
Gorillaz will play at Malahide Castle on June 9.
