Glenn Hughes confirms The Village
The Voice of Rock is over in October.
The Facebook campaign has worked! Yup, the online pressure to bring The Voice of Rock, Glenn Hughes, to Dublin has resulted in an October 10 date in The Village. Tickets are €22.50. You can also catch him the previous night in Belfast's Spring & Airbrake venue.
Bordellos, crack, whores, midgets and firebreathing Chihuahuas were all on the agenda – no, really! – last week when Hot Press conducted an interview with the great man that you’ll be able to read in a couple of issues’ time.
While this is a solo date, the former Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and KLF singer has just finished recording a new album with fellow legends Jason Bonham, Derek Sherinian and Joe Bonamassa under the Black Country Communion banner.
