She will be playing shows around her home country, including a headlining show at Dublin's Vicar Street.
The Irish singer-songwriter Gemma Hayes has announced a run of Irish tour dates for Spring 2024, in support of her highly anticipated upcoming album.
Hayes will play venues across Ireland in April and May of 2024, including shows in Cork, Galway and at legendary Dublin venue Vicar Street.
Tickets will go on sale this Friday, 8th December at 10am on her website, save for the Vicar Street gig, which will be on sale Monday, 11th December at 10am. You can find more information on getting tickets HERE.
She has also announced the upcoming release of a brand-new single 'Feed the Flames', which is set for release on Thursday, 25th January 2024. It's the second single off of her upcoming album after the summer's 'High & Low', the record due for release in Spring 2024 to coincide with the tour dates.
Of the track, Hayes said: "I originally began writing the song after watching Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf with Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Knowing a bit about their relationship off screen I was really taken by the depth of their connection, it was a living, breathing fire. What I got from delving into their relationship is that you can love something or someone so much only for your human fallibility to come along and destroy it."
