Gavin James bags American deal with Capitol

He was subsequently one of our Hot For 2013 picks - the 2015 Hot For... list appearing on January 22 - and played last August as part of our Remembering Philip night in Fallon & Byrne where he comprehensively nailed 'Cowboy Song'.

Mr. James' cause won't have been done any harm by his name being copiously bandied around by Ed Sheeran. He's certainly come a long way since The Problematic!
Gig-wise, it's back to Europe for January 16 showcase gigs at Eurosonic in Groningen where HP will most definitely be in attendance. America beckons after that followed by a run round the UK and a March 20 show in the Dublin Olympia, which is already sold-out.
