We lead with Leaders Of Men, and follow up with some of the biggest international acts around...
As another week draws to a close – how are those post-Katie Taylor winning gold heads? – Free Music Friday returns with another quality collection of tuneage.
Kicking us off is the new four-tracker from Leaders Of Men, which confirms what we’ve always thought – they’re going to be ginormous. Check it out right here.
Also greatly enhancing our lives is the [link]http://www.npr.org/2012/07/31/157665706/sharon-van-etten-live-in-concert-newport-folk-2012[/link] download of Sharon Van Etten’s superb Newport Folk Festival set.

We strongly recommend that you make the acquaintance of In The Willows, a Waterford outfit who peddle the lushest of melodies.
Niamh De Barra is asking you to “name your price” for her superb Echo album. For once we think pockets should be deeply dug into!
Free Music Friday is loving the orchestra-tastic new Antony & The Johnsons live album, Cut The World, which is streaming in its entirey below.

This week’s visual treats start with The Gaslight Anthem mainman Brian Fallon performing a stripped down version of their ‘45’ single. No offence now, but he seems to have developed a distinct rock ‘n’ roll pallor since we last saw him.
Also courtesy of Minesota’s 89.3 The Current comes this Liars session performance of ‘No. 1 Against The Rush’.
Recent Hot Press cover star Plan B has just unleashed the video for ‘Deepest Shame’, the latest track to be pulled from the Ill Manors soundtrack. Gritty as fuck, it underlines just what a great filmmaker the Drew boy is.
Having teased us for a week with a viral teaser campaign, Tom Waits premiered his ‘Hell Broke Luce’ video on Wednesday. While not the tour we were hoping for, it’s a hellishly brilliant four minutes from the Godfather of Growl.
As fabulous as those Plan B and Tom Waits promos are, they come in second and third this week behind Two Door Cinema’s ‘Sleep Alone’ vid – a mad, surreal gold medal of a video!
