Fighting With Wire to play Glasgowbury festival
Fighting With Wire have been confirmed as one of the headline attractions this July as the Glasgowbury festival returns to Draperstown.
Fighting With Wire play the Glasgowbury festival at Eagles’ Rock in Draperstown on July 26.
It’s been a tumultuous few months for the Derry noise rockers, with Atlantic picking up their independently recorded Man Vs Monster album, and an appearance alongside Madonna at the BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend in Maidstone.
With the station’s Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens all over FWW’s new ‘Everyone Has A Nemesis’ single like a rash, we wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the latest Irish act to break into the UK top 30.
Meanwhile, you can view a 12-minute documentary of last year’s bash at www.glasgowbury.com.
