The Hot Press Mixed Grill featuring U2 - wherein fans from round the world put questions to ireland's own fab four - is now closed.

Questions - from the sublime ("Will you play at my wedding?") to the ridiculous ("Is there a lot of gas onstage? Please supply details") - poured in yesterday at a rate of approximately twelve a minute. Hot Press' editorial team are now neck-deep in the process of sifting through literally thousands of emails from some fifty countries.

The band's answers will appear in the birthday edition of Hot Press, on newsstands Thursday, June 20 - and on hotpress.com shortly thereafter.
