Eels announce Dublin date

Lower-case and resolutely “the”-less Americans eels celebrate the release of their Blinking Lights And Other Revelations album with a May 18 visit to Dublin’s Vicar St.

Due on April 26, it’s a double jobbie, which includes such intriguingly monikered songs as ‘Dusk: A Peach In The Orchard’, 'Whatever Happened To Soy Bomb’, ‘Old Shit/New Shit’ and ‘Ugly Love’.

If it’s half as good as their last Dublin date in the Olympia, we’re in for a treat.
