Eco-Camping at Oxegen
Campers at the Oxegen festival should be prepared for some environment-friendly changes to this year's sites and camping gear.
MCD say that people attending this year’s Oxegen knees-up can “look forward to some of the most luxurious and quirky camping options available at any European festival.”
These include a Green Campsite offering “pre-constructed Oxegen homes”; two-person eco-friendly MyHabs that can be booked at www.myhab.com; two to six-man, ready pitched tents available at www.tangerinefields.co.uk; double or twin bed Podpads from www.podpads.com; and a Campervan Area, which costs €60 to check into.
Fans who choose the standard Red and Blue sites can avoid lugging equipment to the festival by pre-booking a complete camping kit from www.oxegen.joe-bananas.com.
All we need now is three-days of blistering Naas sunshine, and we’re sorted!
