Dublin Pride Celebrate Melange of David Bowie and 1916 in 'Rebel Rebel'

Every year, Dublin's LGBTQ Pride holds an official Pride Parade and Official Party and this year it will take place from June 22nd - 26th. The 2016 theme is 'Rebel Rebel'.
The 1916 centenary is a central focus of the parade but also the passing of David Bowie. Bowie's influence on the LGBTQ community is second to none as he expressed the possibility of gender transcendence in a world where gender conformity seemed unyielding.
