Denise Chaila to drop new version of 'Anseo' featuring hip-hop artist Jafaris

Due to be released on December 18th, it's sure to be a winner with Jafaris' impact on the firecracker song.

Irish rap star Denise Chaila is treating her fans to a present this Christmas - a magically revamped version of her anthemic track 'Anseo' featuring fellow Irish hip-hop artist Jafaris.

Taken from her incredible mix-tape, Go Bravely , 'Anseo' is an ode to bold self-love.

Her strong spoken word cadence drips with power as she offers words of inspiration, with jazzy, minimal beats transitioning into twinkling, entrancing synths on an utterly stunning outro.

"I’m dropping a new version of an old flame next Friday featuring new heat from myyy brother Jafaris, and art by my lil sister, the incredible Kimberly Chaila," the artist and producer tweeted.

"This one is special."

From mile-a minute raps to smooth vocals, Tallaght-raised, Zimbabwean-born Percy Chamburuka, aka Jafaris, has recently woven UK and US rap, R&B, trap and soul influences into the Irish fabric of his latest EP.

Thematically, I Love You But I’m In A Bad... Mood explores the frustration of facing your feelings after making a monumental decision, with powerful expressions of regret, loneliness and hurt.
