Deadstring Brothers announce Irish dates
Detroit band the Deadstring Brothers make their maiden voyage to Ireland next month
Americana fans are in for a treat next month when the Deadstring Brothers open their account with visits to The Lobby, Cork (February 25); Cuba, Galway (26); and Whelan's, Dublin (28).
Despite hailing from Detroit, the group don't sound even remotely like the MC5 or The White Stripes, with early Bob Dylan, Gram Parsons and Lyle Lovett closer to the musical mark.
