Danish electronic music duo ROYA surprised Irish fans with a pop-up in Dublin last night. The duo, consisting of Line Gade and Sebastian Igens, performed a 30 minute set in Dublin's O’Regan’s on South Great George’s Street.
Following an online campaign by Irish fans demanding a Dublin show, the band embarked on their first ever trip to Ireland, popping up in O’Regan’s.

ROYA’s latest single ‘Dawn/Day’ has been streamed over 2 million times globally since its release in March. It is the embodiment of a dawn rave—an ethereal, otherworldly blend of energy and emotion.
The track is said to “capture the feeling of existing in the liminal space between night and day, where time seems to bend, and one can get lost in the fleeting moments of sunrise. As the lyrics echoes the feeling of belonging to break of dawn.”
ROYA recently embarked on their first ever European tour, which sold out in its entirety. The duo took their live performances to cities across Europe - including Copenhagen, Paris, Warsaw, Manchester, London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Frankfurt.
