CeeV releases lyric video for alt-pop 'Lonely Night'

Northern Ireland's CeeV – or Caoimhe McAleavey – has released a lyric video for her single 'Lonely Night'.

The catchy alt-pop tune is "about sleeplessness, overthinking, nights out, basically tired eyes but racing mind," says CeeV. "It's like a forest full of thoughts and my mind is running away from them."

The Newry native wrote the song while she was at university, missing home. After university – she studied at BIMM in Manchester – CeeV moved to Ottawa, Canada to test out what she had learned. She played every bar and café she could, before returning home to release her music.
