Cathy Davey confirmed for Cork X Southwest
Cathy Davey heads the line-up Cork X Southwest, which takes place in The Showgrounds, Skibbereen in July.
The festival, which takes place on July 26, promises to showcase a wealth of independent Irish and international music talent, from rock to world, folk to dance. Davey will be joined by the likes of Jape and Afel Bocoum & Alkibar on the main stage with Andrew Weatherall and Fish go Deep appearing in the Rula Bula tent, and acoustic offerings from John Spillane and Roesy at the De Barra’s Sitting Room Sessions.
In keeping with the West Cork vibe, local producers will be providing organic festival treats, cooked in the slow food ethic and local artists and sculptors will also be contributing to the ambience of the festival site.
