It's the dream that all dedicated Busted fans wished for and the one that band members never thought would happen but Busted are back!
12 years after they wrapped up their time as Busted by selling out an outstanding 12 shows in the London's Wembley Arena, the trio are back!
In the early noughties, it was near impossible to turn on the radio without hearing a Busted hit or walk into a store and not see their faces plastered all over teen magazines. Fans can get to relive those memories on May 31st as Busted will pay 3 Arena along with special guests Wheatus and Emma Blackery. The Pigs Can Fly Tour has the original band members Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne all on board and will be a night full of their smash hits 'What I Go To School For', 'You Said No', 'Air Hostess' and the night wouldn't be complete without 'Year 3000'. If that wasn't incentive enough to go along to, you can sing your heart out to the epic 'Teenage Dirtbag' courtesy of Wheatus to top it all off.
After years of rumors being spun and 'almost-reunions' (i.e. McBusted), this is the first time the original crew are on board. Charlie Simpson decided to go his own route and transition into the front man of hard-rock band Fightstar. Simpson has finally been drawn back in by curiosity of the possibilities that a reunion of Busted could bring; "A year ago James and I got together and just started hanging out...and it felt really different somehow, to how it had 10 years ago. And the idea crept into my head after all that time apart: what would Busted look like today?"
Well, we will soon find out as Busted will take to the 3 Arena stage on May 31. Tickets are available from all usual outlets from €53.15 and are on sale now.
