Black Star Riders to crowd fund new album
Album number three from Scott Gorham & Co. drops in 2017
Black Star Riders are going the crowd funding route to bankroll their third album, which they’re starting work on in August.
The band, whose core members also operate as Thin Lizzy, say: “We wanted to give you the opportunity to experience this from the point of view of an insider. To kick things off, there are lots of cool things on offer. There are signed CDs and vinyls, limited edition items and even the chance to get up on stage and perform a song with us at a soundcheck.
“The best part is that no matter what you order, you will get access to a variety of behind-the-scenes content such as photos and videos from the recording sessions.”
The packages range from a straightforward album and AccessPass for €21 to Jimmy DeGrasso’s signed drum-kit which will set you back €9,500.
