Belfast rapper Dena Anuk$a releases new track 'My G'

Part of the Nxgen Music Group - a collective who also have a hand in helping the career of fellow Belfast star Jordan Adetunji - and the newly formed Gxrlcode collective - which champions women in the Irish music industry - Dena Anuk$a is well placed to take on 2019 with her distinctively chilled rap flow.

As a British Egyptian neo soul hip hop artist based in Belfast, Dena says that she's "drawn to the art of story telling and raises socially conscious themes in her music as well as putting out relatable and fun material."

Dena has performed at venues such as S13, Culture night, the Oh Yeah Music Centre and The Menagerie in Belfast. She also has a resident DJ spot at Thompson's nightclub, and has DJed alongside the likes of Yxng Bane and Coolio.
