Bastille confirm 3Arena appointment
November will see Dan Smith and co. back on Irish soil
Bastille have announced dates for Dublin and Belfast in November.
Wild World, the second LP from Dan Smith and co., will land on September 10, following on from the blockbusting success of their debut, released in 2013.
“If our first album was about growing up and freaking out about it” Dan explains, “our second is about trying to make sense of the world around you, both as you see it and as it’s presented to you through the media. It’s also about asking questions of the world and of the people in it. We wanted the album to be a bit disorientating - at times extroverted and introverted, light and dark.”
And they won't be waiting long to give it a live run-out either; they hit Ireland for a pair of dates in November, first visiting the SSE Arena (9) before heading towards 3Arena the following night.
Tickets are on sale from Friday.
