Ariana Grande has announced a short film, Brighter Days Ahead, to accompany the release of the deluxe edition of her latest album, Eternal Sunshine. Both are set for release on March 28.
She shared the news on Instagram, posting a teaser of the film and revealing that it will be directed by Christian Breslauer.
The American music video director has worked with major artists, such as Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, Lizzo, and SZA. He has also directed all of the music videos from the Eternal Sunshine era, including 'we can't be friends (wait for your love)', 'the boy is mine', and 'yes, and?'.
The original version of Eternal Sunshine was released in March 2024 and became Ariana’s fifth consecutive No. 1 album on the Official Irish Albums Chart.
Beyond music, Grande has also earned Oscar and BAFTA nominations in the past year for her role in Wicked, which debuted at No. 1 on the Official Film Chart.
