Alex Williamson
Bringing his banter to The Sugar Club on the 8th of April - it’s the comedic maverick Alex Williamson. Following the huge success of touring in his native Australia, Williamson now brings his dark and cynical comedic routine across to Dublin.
Producing new live comedy each year along with video skits online, Williamson has sold out slots at festivals such as the Edinburgh Fringe festival in 2015 and become an online vial sensation. Claiming the title of “overwhelmingly politically incorrect” (What’s Good, NZ), he may not be for everyone. But having taken to stand-up comedy with the ease and quick-thinking wit which has earned him over three million social media followers across YouTube, Twitter and Instagram - there’s no denying he has style and talent.
