As well as being a Munster and Ireland rugby legend, it turns out that Keith Wood is also an ardent foodie who’s taking an active role in the running of this café restaurant, which gazes out over Lough Derg. Gourmet coffee and homemade breads, scones and pastries reign supreme downstairs, with more formal, French-accented dining on the second floor. Beach Smoked Salmon with (Johnny?) Sexton Crab, Apple & Yuza heads up the impressive list of starters.
