A boutique gem of a hotel, this magnificent 17th century manor in four acres of meticulously-maintained garden, is home to an exceptional restaurant. The VM in the old stables, is a classic setting for fine dining. Robert Groot Koerkamp recently took over the kitchen after previously serving as executive sous chef at The Cliff at Lyons. He has access to a daily supply of fish from the north-west coast, dry-aged beef, local game and artisan organic cheeses.
