Visitors to the beautiful sheltered harbour will be well looked after at Toddies, the cosy dining-room in The Bulman Bar. Oysters, scallops and smoked salmon are served beside the sea with much love. Looking down at them is Charles Fort, completed in 1682 by the same man, Sir William Robinson, who masterminded the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
