Thunder Road Café - Party Restaurant
52-57 Fleet Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2
Tel: (01) 679 4057
Slap–bang in the heart of Temple Bar, Thunder Road Café has been Dublin’s hippest themed restaurant for over 20 years. Named after the Harley Davidson motorcycles that take pride of place in the vibey dining-room, the menu is similarly peppered with American classics like the Pulled Pork Burger, Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings and Thunder Road Tomahawk Steak and all the trimmings for two. They venture south of the border with their juicy Chicken Enchiladas - ask for extra sour cream! - and visit the old country with their Spicy Maccaroni Al Pollo. Along with the tasty fare, there’s also lashings and lashings of classic rock ‘n’ roll on the jukebox, and a fabulous cocktail-list, which includes their signature Thunder Hog - an inspired blending of Jagermeister, Forests Fruits, Mint Leaves & Ginger Ale. They’re also family-friendly with a Kids Menu that includes an ace Jumbo Sausage & Beans with French Fries. Check out their website for current special deals.
