Housed in a beautiful old building overlooking the Ha’penny Bridge and the Liffey, The Woolen Mills is a veritable shrine to quality Irish cooking. The Coddle with Brown Bread &Butter is as traditionally Dublin as it gets, with Five Lamps Lager and Liberties Pale Ale two of the local brews you can wash it down with. The same team also run The Winding Stair, as mentioned above, and The Washerwoman out in Glasnevin.
