The Kilkenny Shop has been successfully promoting Irish design for over five decades, and now boasts 15 stores across the country, including the Dublin flagship on Nassau Street (where there’s also a fine café). As well as original fashion and jewellery, you’ll find handmade pottery and contemporary interior pieces from a range of brilliant Irish designers, including Orla Kiely, Nicholas Mosse, Stephen Pearce and John Rocha, to name but a few.
