A gastropub that for once is fully deserving of the title, The Draft House includes Fivemiletown Goats Cheese, Castlemine Farm Lamb and Sheerin’s Dry Aged Steak among its list of artisan Irish ingredients. As the name suggests, they’re also inordinately fond of their craft beers with The White Hag Brewing Co. from nearby Ballymote featuring prominently on the drinks menu.
