Specialising in that holiest of trinities – steak, seafood and cocktails – this bustling eatery is presided over by Head Chef Maura Baxter, who’s another firm believer in keeping things local and seasonal. It’s a particularly lively spot when their resident mixologist ministers to Limerick’s fashionista set. With The Hunt Museum and St. John’s Cathedral both an amble away, it’s also a popular summertime hangout for visitors. Their parent restaurant in Cork City comes just as highly recommended.
