Women’s Premier Division champions Shelbourne FC will begin their Champion's League campaign in the first round against Glasgow FC in September, after the draw took place in Nyon this morning.
The winner of the Round One semi-final tie will face either FC Gintra of Lithuania or Cardiff City in a mini-final on Saturday, September 9.
Glasgow will be formidable first round opponents for the Reds, as the Scottish side are 16-time Scottish Women’s Premier League champions. The Scottish champions and Shels do battle on Wednesday, 6 September.

Should the Shelbourne side win the first round playoffs, it would be the furthest the team has progressed in the Women's Champion's League.
Noel King's Shelbourne side completed the double last year, taking home trophies from both the Women’s Premier Division and the FAI Cup final.
Northern Irish champions Cliftonville have been drawn to face Benfica in their section semi-final, with the winners taking on either Riga of Latvia or Shymkent of Kazakhstan.
The final will be played at San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain, at the end of May next year.
