One of the big restaurant news stories in 2016 was Sunil Ghai leaving Ananda in Dundrum, and setting up his own North Indian restaurant at the top end of Camden Street. The result is a dining experience quite unlike any other in the capital, with Ghai re-inventing classic Punjabi, Kashmiri and Gwalior dishes, using ingredients like lobster and minced goat that rarely feature on rival menus. The décor matches the funkiness of the food. Darina Allen’s a massive fan, and so are we!
