Along with the main dining-room where former L’Ecrivain man Stephen Gibson weaves his magic, Pichet – a Michelin Bib Gourmand holder – has a late-night, Parisian-style bar where the tunes are every bit as cool as the cocktails and other libations. There’s also an extensive Small Plate Menu with the Butternut Squash Soup, Morroccan Spiced Lam Leg & Ciabatta and a Country-Style Foie Gras Terrine all top drawer. The main À la Carte is subject to seasonal change but includes such ambitious fare as Roast Potato Gnocchi with Cauliflower, Raisins, Capers & Smoked Gubbeen.
