It’s worth queuing to get one of the handful of tables in the city’s first Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll restaurant, which also does a brisk take-away trade. A sort of Asian take on burritos – they’d argue they got there before the Mexicans! – the rolls are accompanied on the menu by more substantial Bánh Mí open baguette sandwiches and traditional Pho noodle soups.
