Either enjoy Pickled Eggs, Homemade Crisps or Pork Scratchings with Smoked Oyster Mayo sat at the bar with a crafty Irish pint or short – we’re rather partial to the Blackwater Strawberry Gin – or retire to the more formal dining area where such imaginative treats as Monkfish Liver Paté with Blood Orange, Dulse Sauerkraut & Toasted Sourdough await. As the name implies, Dublin’s historic Four Courts are just a gavel’s throw away.
