Having cooked his way round the world, Anthony Smith returned home in 2016 and took over the atmospheric basement premises formerly occupied by The Hot Stove. The modern Irish cooking is spot on, with Beef Tartare, Horseradish, Jerusalem Artichoke & Redcurrant & Redcurrants and Lambay Island Crab with Kohlrabi, Smoked Eel & Avocado among the small plate recommendations.
