Hailing from the southern Campania region of Italy – that’s where you’ll find the best buffalo mozzarella! – chef-owner Lucio Paduano has twice won World Pizza Championship gold with his wood-fired Mamy and Iris Sophia creations. There was also a Best Pizza in Ireland nod for the Don Corleone, a veritable fennel pork sausage and green leaf delight. Pasta dishes like the Scialatielli Prezzemolati Ai Frutti Di Mare are no less imaginative, so are the meat and fish mains. Unlike some of their early to bed neighbours, Manifesto keeps taking orders until 10pm.
