A reconfigured version of an old canalside favourite, the new Locks has hit the ground running with the likes of Poached Sea Trout with Radish & Creme Fraiche or Roast Phesant with Jerusalem Artichoke & Purple Sprouts making it one of of our favourite lunchtime hang-outs. The room itself is equally gorgeous.
