Twin sisters Mary McSweeney and Margaret Gallagher founded Les Jumelles in 1997, driven by an ambition to bring the most coveted fashion designs to the west of Ireland. Les Jumelles has since become a destination store. It really is a place where style rules. There’s lots to covet here including Natan, Diane Von Furstenberg, Acne, Rick Owens and Alexander Wang. They also stock Irish designers such as Galway-based Ciara Silke – who specialises in luxury silk and cashmere scarves – and Róisín Linnane.
