This French-accented restaurant and wine bar has a wonderful €37 Seasonal Market Menu, available all-evening and including such seasonal treats as Trilogy of Créme Brulée of Local Crabmeat, House Smoked Salmon, Citrus Gravadlax & Sweet Potato Waffle and Roast Rump of Waterford Lamb with Parsley Crust, Celeriac Puree, Shallot & Tomato Sauce & Wild Mushrooms. The wine and craft beer selections, which include the local Metalman Pale Ale, are outstanding too.
