Kimono is aimed at the fashion conscious working woman, looking for something classical but edgy. Since opening in 2003, it has become as one of Ireland’s most interesting boutiques. The store is intimate, with a French boudoir-style décor, and owner Ailish Mullane is on a constant quest to find up-and-coming labels. Brands include Malene Birger, Moskada, Roisin Linnane, Fuego and Pieszak denim; there’s gorgeous statement jewellery from Soru, Ziio and Tataborello; and bags from Coccinelle, Wilbur & Gussie, Tissa Fontaneda and others.
